The store owner honors all the rights of customers provided for in the provisions of applicable law, in particular those provided for in the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended) and the Act of April 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827). The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude the Consumer’s rights under the above-mentioned acts, unless it results directly from the wording of the act and the Shop for the Cause Regulations.
